Terms of Service

Quick summary

• Drive first. Never use LiveMap in a way that takes your attention off the road. Set things up before you drive, pull over, or let a passenger do it.
• You must be 16 or older. Paid creator, UGC and clipping programs are for people 18 or older.
• No racing. Using LiveMap to organize or promote street racing, speed contests or street takeovers can get your account terminated.
• Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel Blaze or Overdrive where you subscribed: Apple, Google, or, for existing web subscribers, Stripe. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
• Octane isn’t money. It has no cash value, can’t be cashed out, and is lost when your account is deleted.
• Disputes. Georgia law applies. Claims go to the courts in Fulton County, Georgia, or to small-claims court, on an individual basis.

01Agreeing to these Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using LiveMap in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use LiveMap.

Some features come with extra terms that you’ll see before you use them, such as the app stores’ purchase terms, Stripe’s terms for sellers, and the agreements for our creator programs. Those terms apply together with these Terms.

02Who can use LiveMap

You must be at least 16 years old to use LiveMap. If you’re under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has read these Terms and agrees to your use of LiveMap, including any purchases you make.

You must be at least 18 to take part in any LiveMap program that pays creators (see section 17).

You can’t use LiveMap if the law prevents you from doing so (see section 29), or if we’ve banned you from LiveMap before.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

03Your account

• You create and manage your account in the LiveMap app. Apart from the LiveMap V2 campaign dashboard, our website doesn’t have accounts or sign-in.
• You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Keep your sign-in details secret. We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
• One person, one account. Your account is personal to you: don’t share, sell, rent, or transfer it.
• Tell us right away at support@livemap.co if you think someone else has got into your account.

If a LiveMap member dies or can no longer manage their account, a verified next of kin or estate representative can contact support@livemap.co with appropriate documentation. We’ll close the account and, on request, treat it as a deletion request under section 20.

04What LiveMap is

LiveMap is a mobile app for drivers and car communities. It includes maps and navigation, convoys, communities, events, messaging, posts, rewards, and paid features.

Our website shows public previews of content people share from the app, hosts checkouts that you open from the app, links to the App Store and Google Play, and has our help pages and policies.

We’re always improving LiveMap, so we may add, change, or remove features. Some features may be labelled beta or preview and may change or stop working. Features, prices, and payment options can differ by platform and country.

05Driving safety

Never interact with LiveMap while you’re driving. Set your route, join your convoy, and check the map before you drive, or pull over somewhere safe first. If you have a passenger, let them handle the app.

This applies wherever LiveMap shows up: on your phone, on CarPlay, in lock-screen and notification updates, and in convoy voice chat. Only glance at route guidance when it’s safe and legal to do so, and use voice chat hands-free where the law allows it.

You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws, road signs, and directions from police, and for the safe operation of your vehicle. LiveMap is a navigation aid, not a substitute for attention, judgment, or following the law.

Speed is for information only. The speed LiveMap shows is worked out from your phone’s location and can be wrong or delayed. Always go by your vehicle’s speedometer and the posted speed limit.

Recaps aren’t race results. Drive and convoy recaps can show things like distance, time, average and top speed, and the order people arrived. They’re a record of the trip, not a race result or a score. Top speed and arrival order never earn Octane or quest progress.

Never use LiveMap to organize, promote, film, or take part in street racing, speed contests, street takeovers, or other reckless or illegal driving (see section 9).

LiveMap isn’t an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

06Location sharing and convoys

Friends. Sharing your live location with friends is off until you turn it on. When it’s on, only people you follow who also follow you back can see it.

Convoys. Convoys work separately from friend sharing. When you join a convoy, the other people in it can see your live location and speed while the convoy is active, even if friend sharing is off. Afterwards, convoy members can see a recap with the route and each driver’s stats. If you share a recap publicly, it can show the trip’s distance, time, and speeds.

Pins and places. Temporary location pins last up to 30 minutes and are shown to the audience you pick. Locations you add to posts, events, or spots are shown to whoever can see that content.

Voice chat. We don’t record convoy voice chat, but everyone in the call can hear you and could record it themselves.

Once you share your location, we can’t control what the people who see it do with it. Only share with people you trust, and check your sharing settings regularly. Never share someone else’s real-time or precise location without their permission. Our Privacy Policy explains what location data we keep and for how long.

07Maps, routes and place information

Maps, directions, traffic, arrival times, search results, places, spots, reviews, fuel stations, camera locations, and events on LiveMap come from partners, public data sources, and other members. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Use them as a guide, and always follow road signs, local rules, and your own judgment.

• Maps, search, and directions are provided by Mapbox.
• License-plate camera locations use data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License.
• E85 fuel stations come from the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Laboratory of the Rockies (formerly NREL).
• Some events are added by our team from organizers’ public Instagram posts. Event details can change, so check with the organizer.
• Spots, reviews, and most events are added by LiveMap members.

Suggested routes, including AI Route, are created automatically. Check that a route is legal, safe, and suitable for you and your vehicle before you drive it.

08Your content

You keep ownership of the public content you post on LiveMap (photos, videos, posts, comments, reviews, vehicle info, and event details). By posting public content, you grant LiveMap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify for technical purposes (for example, resize or transcode), display, and distribute that content to operate LiveMap and promote the public features in which it appears. Direct and private messages are excluded from this promotional license; you grant only the limited technical rights needed to store, transmit, secure, and moderate them. These licenses end for new uses when you delete the content, except that we may retain backups for a reasonable period and can’t recall copies other users or services already received.

Public previews on the web. When someone shares a link to a public profile, post, event, community, or convoy, anyone with the link can see a preview of it on our website without the app, and search engines may show it. If your profile is private, its preview shows only your name, username, and profile photo.

Media links. Public media may be served from publicly accessible web addresses. Private chat attachments are stored privately and shown to the people in the chat through time-limited links, although they can still download or re-share them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You represent that you own or have permission to share everything you post, and that your content doesn’t violate anyone’s rights.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions about LiveMap, we can use them without paying you or owing you anything.

09Rules for using LiveMap

When using LiveMap you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or post content that does either.
• Harass, threaten, bully, dox, stalk, or impersonate anyone, or post hate speech.
• Post another person’s real-time or precise location without their consent, including screenshots of their position on the map.
• Organize, promote, film, or take part in street racing, speed contests, illegal street takeovers, or other reckless or illegal driving. LiveMap does not sanction or reward any such activity. Using convoys, events, posts, chat, or any other LiveMap feature to organize, promote, or coordinate it is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination.
• Submit knowingly false reports about other members or content, or otherwise mislead other members.
• Use bots, emulators, GPS spoofers, mock-location tools, or any other technique to fake your location, drives, convoy participation, installs, or interactions.
• Cheat or game rewards, streaks, quests, leaderboards, referrals, the prize wheel, or creator programs, including with fake or duplicate accounts.
• Post sexual content involving minors, intimate images of anyone without their consent, violent threats, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Sell or promote illegal goods or services, or send spam.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from LiveMap by automated means without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer the service, probe its security, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Resell or commercially redistribute LiveMap or its content without our written permission.
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts or Octane.
• Create accounts to evade a ban, suspension, or limit.

These rules apply everywhere on LiveMap, including communities, convoys, events, chats, and voice chat. Community owners can add their own rules for their communities, as long as those rules don’t conflict with these Terms.

10How we enforce the rules

You can report posts, comments, profiles, messages, events, communities, spots, and reviews from the app. We review reports, and we may use automated tools to help find content that breaks these Terms. Automated tools can make mistakes. We don’t monitor everything on LiveMap and can’t catch every violation.

If we reasonably believe you’ve broken these Terms, put other members or LiveMap at risk, or where the law requires it, we may remove content, limit who sees it, give you a warning or strike, limit features for a time (for example, a timeout from chat), or suspend or terminate your account. Repeated or serious violations lead to stronger action. Where appropriate, we’ll give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first.

Community owners and moderators can also remove members and content from their own communities.

Appeals. If you think we got a decision wrong, email support@livemap.co with your username and what happened, and we’ll take another look.

11Communities, events, convoys and tickets

Communities, events, and convoys are created and run by members. Unless we say otherwise, LiveMap isn’t the organizer and doesn’t check events or hosts in advance. Hosts are responsible for what they organize, including its accuracy, safety, any permits, and following the law.

You attend events and join convoys at your own risk. Use your own judgment about where you go and who you meet.

Tickets. Event tickets are sold by the event’s host through Stripe (see section 16). Your ticket may be scanned at the door. Ask the host about refunds first. If you can’t sort it out, email billing@livemap.co.

12Blaze and Overdrive subscriptions

LiveMap has two paid plans, Blaze and Overdrive, billed monthly or yearly. Blaze adds features on top of the free plan, such as larger uploads, bigger convoys, profile customization, and boosts. Overdrive includes everything in Blaze and more, including a free prize-wheel spin each week, shorter payout holds for sellers, and a small boost to how your events, communities, and posts are ranked for others. The current features and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

• Free trial. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts and you’re charged when the trial ends.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the current price until you cancel. Apple and Google may require you to cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• How to cancel. Cancel where you subscribed: in your Apple account’s subscription settings for the App Store, or in Google Play’s subscription settings. If you have an existing web subscription billed by Stripe, cancel in Stripe’s billing portal, which you can open from the subscription screen in the LiveMap app.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn’t refund the current period unless the law or the store’s rules require it.
• Refunds. App Store and Google Play purchases are subject to Apple’s and Google’s refund policies and must be requested through them. For purchases billed by Stripe, email billing@livemap.co; we review requests case by case.
• Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it with Apple or Google yourself. When you delete your account, we set any Stripe-billed subscription to end at the close of its current billing period.
• Price changes. We may change prices or plan features. We’ll give you advance notice as the law and the app stores require, and you can cancel before a price change applies to you.
• Taxes. Taxes may be added based on where you live.

Blaze time you get with Octane, as a gift, through referrals, or from a promotion lasts for the stated period and doesn’t renew automatically.

13Octane

Octane is LiveMap’s in-app currency. You can buy it, earn it (for example through daily rewards, streaks, quests, referrals, and the prize wheel), and spend it in the app on things like boosts, Blaze passes, gifts, cosmetic items, streak protection, and prize-wheel spins.

• It’s a license, not money. Octane gives you a limited, personal, revocable license to use it inside LiveMap. It isn’t money or property, has no cash value, and can’t be cashed out or exchanged for real money or anything outside LiveMap.
• No transfers. You can’t transfer, sell, or trade Octane, except by using it on gifts the app offers, such as gifting a Blaze pass to another member.
• No expiry. Octane doesn’t expire while your account is open.
• Buying Octane. You can buy Octane packs in the app through Apple or Google. In some places you can also buy packs on our website through a checkout you open from the app. Website packs include extra Octane equal to 5% of the Octane you pay for (not counting any bonus already in the pack), rounded down. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds work as described in section 12.
• Refunds and chargebacks. If an Octane purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back, we remove the whole pack from your balance, including any bonus Octane. We take it from Octane you bought first, then from Octane you earned. If there isn’t enough, your balance can go below zero, and Octane you get later goes toward that negative balance first.
• Deleting or losing your account. Any Octane left when your account is deleted, or when we terminate your account for breaking these Terms, is lost and can’t be refunded or restored, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Changes and corrections. We may change Octane prices and packs, what Octane can buy, and how you earn it. We may correct a balance that’s wrong because of an error, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

14Prize wheel, streak protection and boosts

Prize wheel

The prize wheel is a game of chance inside LiveMap. A spin costs Octane (the price is shown in the app). Overdrive members also get one free spin each week; weeks start on Monday at 00:00 UTC. Our servers pick every result at random.

Every spin wins something: either Octane or a cosmetic item (a map vehicle icon or a profile decoration). There are no cash prizes, coupons, or empty spins, and prizes can’t be exchanged for money.

Map icons and profile decorations of rare or higher rarity also add 5% to 20% to your leaderboard score while you use them.

If there are cosmetic items on offer that you don’t own yet, each spin has a 35% chance of winning one of those items and a 65% chance of winning Octane. If there aren’t, every spin wins Octane. The chance of each Octane prize is:

When a spin wins an item, the item is picked from the ones on offer that you don’t own, weighted by rarity. For example, if the items on offer are one standard item and one limited item, the standard item is 10 times as likely as the limited one.

If we change the prizes or the odds, we’ll update this section before the change takes effect.

Streak protection

You can spend Octane on a Streak Freeze, which automatically covers one missed day, or a Streak Repair, which restores a streak you lost within the last 24 hours.

Boosts

A boost shows an event or community more prominently for a set time (currently 30 days). You can buy boosts with Octane, and Blaze and Overdrive include some each billing period. Boosted events and communities are labelled as boosted or promoted. A boost doesn’t guarantee any number of views, members, or attendees.

15Referral program

You can invite people to LiveMap with your referral code or link.

• What the new member gets. 7 days of Blaze when they sign up with a valid referral code. The code can be added up to 7 days after they create their account, and each person can only be referred once.
• What you get. 7 days of Blaze and 100 Octane for each referral that qualifies, plus a one-time bonus of 100 Octane when your third referral qualifies.
• When a referral qualifies. When the new member finishes setting up their account and starts using LiveMap, for example by following someone, posting, or joining a community.
• Limits. Free Blaze time from referrals can’t build up to more than 90 days ahead. After 10 rewarded referrals in one day, more referrals wait for review. Referrals that look linked to the same device or network may also be held for review.
• Play fair. Don’t refer yourself, create fake or duplicate accounts, pay or trick people into signing up, or spam your code. We may withhold, reverse, or remove rewards that break these rules or look fraudulent.

We may change or end the referral program at any time. Changes don’t take away rewards you’ve already fairly earned.

16Selling on LiveMap

If you sell community memberships, products, event tickets, or other paid offerings on LiveMap, you do so through Stripe Connect and agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement. You must meet Stripe’s requirements to sell.

You’re the seller. You’re responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you sell, for delivering it, for customer support and refunds, and for collecting and remitting any taxes that apply. Don’t sell anything illegal, anything that breaks these Terms, or anything you don’t have the right to sell.

• Fees. LiveMap keeps a platform fee on each sale. The fee taken from each sale shows in your balance activity in the app, and you can email support@livemap.co to ask what rate applies to you. Stripe’s own processing fees may also apply.
• Payouts. Stripe pays out your earnings on its schedule after a holding period (currently 7 days, or 3 days with Overdrive). Payouts may be held, delayed, or reversed if a sale is refunded, disputed, or breaks these Terms.

17Creator, UGC and clipping programs

LiveMap runs programs that pay creators to make content about LiveMap, including our UGC creator program and clipping program. These programs run through Content Rewards (Whop) and have their own agreements and rules, which you’ll see before you join. For those programs, their agreements apply together with these Terms. Payouts are made through Content Rewards (Whop) under Whop’s terms.

You must be 18 or older to take part.

Program content must follow these Terms and the law. Clearly disclose that you’re being paid, never film while driving, and never show speeding, racing, or street takeovers.

18Other companies’ services

LiveMap relies on other companies’ services, including Apple and Google (sign-in, notifications, app stores, and in-app purchases), Stripe (web payments and seller payouts), Mapbox (maps, search, and directions), LiveKit (convoy voice chat), KLIPY (GIF search), Content Rewards (Whop) (creator program payouts), cloud hosting and storage providers, Resend (email), and, when enabled, OpenAI (help with moderation and event imports). Our Privacy Policy explains what we share with them.

When you use one of these services directly, such as an app store, Stripe’s checkout, or Whop, its own terms also apply. We’re not responsible for outages, errors, or behavior of third-party services.

19Our app, our brand and copyright complaints

LiveMap, including its apps, website, design, software, and brand, belongs to LiveMap LLC and its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use LiveMap for its intended purpose under these Terms. Don’t use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you without our permission.

Reporting copyright infringement. If you believe content on LiveMap infringes your copyright, email support@livemap.co or write to us at the mailing address in section 33. Include: your name and contact details; the work you believe is infringed; where the content is on LiveMap (a link, or enough detail for us to find it); a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you’re the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices. If we remove your content because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. Include: your name, address, and phone number; the removed content and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you’re outside the United States, any judicial district in which LiveMap may be found) and that you’ll accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice; and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights.

20Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the LiveMap app: Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account. We’ll confirm it’s you with a code sent to your email. If you can’t use the app, follow the steps on our account deletion page.

Your account is deactivated straight away and you’re signed out. You then have 30 days to change your mind: if you sign back in during that time, the deletion is cancelled.

After the 30 days, your account becomes eligible for our scheduled deletion process, and processing may finish later. Some of your information is deleted, and some is kept, anonymized, or shown with a “Deleted user” label, such as communities, convoys, and events you created, drive and convoy records, purchase and payment records, and anything other people have already copied or saved. Our Privacy Policy and account deletion page explain what we keep and why.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions (see section 12), and any Octane left is lost (see section 13).

21Disclaimers

LiveMap is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We don’t guarantee that LiveMap will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that maps, routes, speeds, and content from other members will be accurate, or that the service will meet your expectations.

22Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveMap LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of LiveMap. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or LiveMap is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.

23Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiveMap LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of LiveMap, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

24Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and LiveMap agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or LiveMap, except for an individual claim that you are entitled to bring in small-claims court.

25Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, please contact support@livemap.co first. Most issues can be resolved informally. If we can’t resolve it, either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court (where eligible) or pursue other legal remedies allowed by law. You and LiveMap agree that any dispute will be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

26Time limit on claims

Any claim or cause of action you have arising out of or relating to these Terms or LiveMap must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose. Otherwise, it is permanently barred. This does not apply where the law of your jurisdiction requires a longer period.

27Apple-specific terms (iOS users)

If you downloaded LiveMap from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These Terms are between you and LiveMap LLC only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for LiveMap or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the iOS app.
• If the iOS app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• LiveMap LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the iOS app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• LiveMap LLC, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any third-party intellectual property claim that the iOS app or your use of it infringes that third party’s rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the iOS app, and upon your acceptance of these Terms Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

28Google-specific terms (Android users)

If you downloaded LiveMap from the Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and LiveMap LLC only, not Google. Google is not responsible for LiveMap, its content, or any support relating to it. Your use of the Android app must also comply with the Google Play Terms of Service.

29Export compliance

You may not use, export, or re-export LiveMap except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which LiveMap was obtained. You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

30Electronic communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, push notification, in-app message, or by posting notices in the service. You agree that any agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

31Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we’ll tell you by email or with an in-app notice before they take effect. Non-material changes (typos, clarifications, reorganization) take effect when posted. Your continued use of LiveMap after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account before the changes take effect.

32General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any extra terms for specific features (see section 1) are the entire agreement between you and LiveMap regarding LiveMap and supersede any prior agreements.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
• No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights, except for the rights granted to Apple in section 27.
• Survival. Sections 8 (Your content), 13 (Octane), 16 (Selling on LiveMap), 21 (Disclaimers), 22 (Limitation of liability), 23 (Indemnification), 24 (Governing law and venue), 25 (Disputes), 26 (Time limit on claims), and 32 (General) survive the end of these Terms or your account, along with any other provision that by its nature should survive.
• Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

33Contact us

These terms cover the LiveMap V2 campaign at www.livemap.co/v2: joining, referrals, the leaderboard, mini games, rewards and Early Access purchases. By joining, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

These terms are an agreement between you and LiveMap LLC in the United States, which operates LiveMap V2, your account and Early Access billing. “We” and “us” mean LiveMap LLC.
