Account warmup
The 7-day warmup before your first post.
Goal: Train the TikTok and Instagram algorithms to recognize your account as an authentic car page based in target regions (US/Canada). Do not skip days. Warming up properly prevents low views and instant shadowbans or bans.
01. Before you start (day 1 rules)
- Do NOT post any clips yet.
- Do NOT comment or follow accounts yet.
- Do NOT set up your profile yet (leave bio/profile picture blank until Day 2).
- Use a real email or phone number to register the account.
02. The 7-day warmup schedule
To get maximum reach, train your algorithm to show you car content only.

Success check: By Day 7, your For You / Explore page should be almost all car content.

Once your account is warmed up, stick to this posting schedule:

06. Troubleshooting low views & shadowbans
If your clips aren’t performing right away, use this reference table:

|---|---|---|
| 0 views on clips | Account flagged for fast activity or unverified IP. | Stop posting for 48 hours. Warm up by watching 30 mins/day. Resume slowly with 1 clip. |
| 15–50 views | The hook is weak (not an account issue). | Improve the first 1–2 seconds of the edit. Make the opening visual or sound punchier. |
| Sudden drop across all clips | Algorithm rate-limiting. | Pause posting for 48 hours. Resume with 1 high-quality clip per day. |
| App blocks following/liking | Action block triggered. | Do nothing. Wait 24 hours and slow down your interactions. |
Important: Never delete clips that get low views. Deleting posts hurts your account standing in the algorithm. Just leave them up and focus on the next edit.
